everything about this family-friendly hotel was very good. the best thing was how responsible the staff were. a double room was ready when we arrived. plus it had particularly nice view of city. also, location was strategic, at walking distance from a main shrine. thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 100% recommend this property.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were all in great condition. Plus, the hotel is located right in the heart of the city, in a traditional Malay kampung area, which added a unique touch to my experience.

The location of this hotel is great, very close to the hospitals and with plenty of food options nearby. We enjoyed the complementary amenities and the fact that we could see the famous towers from our room was a bonus.

The cleanliness was not up to par. the bedsheets had stains and the room had significant dust and dirt that wasn't properly dealt with during the room makeover.
